Christmas Cards with Fat Book Pages as Toppers

The Madonna & Child image is a stamp designed by Linda Luckin, which I embossed & then added stickles glitter to the halo, the fb page is edged with my gold Krylon pen & attached to the card with photo corners, with a bit of glitter added too!! My pearl card I ran through the cuttlebug to provide the background & added a bit of sparkle too - Not too sure if it shows up very good though?? The papers on the other card were from my stash left over from last year & I think they were from the Dovecraft Designers Blues pack!! (click on the images for a clearer view)

Here are some Christmas cards I've made for the Paper Dolls group of ladies who get together to swap & exchange various challenges each month. The idea of the of cards were to incorporate a detatchable fat book page, which can then be made into a Christmas Fat book, as there are 20 ladies in the Paper Dolls group!! Thanks for looking & I love reading your comments too.

Distress Fat Page Swap

I've joined a swap on the lot's to do forum, which is a list of 10/11 people & we all have to make 2 fat pages - 4"x4", for each person on the list - we will in return receive 2 pages from each member, which can then made made into a lovely little book, as the title suggests all the pages are made in a 'distressed theme' - above are some of the pages I've made!!! Hope you like them.

The Sunday Stampers - Week 7

This weeks challenge is Turning Japanese.....cue for a song? An Oriental theme!! Once again I decided to make a fat book page, the stamp I've used is from a set of four which I bought from Ideal World about 18 months ago, I used a dark blue ink then embossed with dark blue powder, cut out the image & mounted on my page which was made using Adirnondack stained glass ink pad & finished off by edging with a silver Krylon pen.

Sunday Stampers Week 6

This weeks' challenge is Man Oh Man.......so the idea is to incorporate Man/Men in your project.
This week I chose to make a fatbook page which is 4"x4", the stamp I've used is from The Artistic Stamper - Hope you like it - I'm quite pleased with my effort!!!
